So far I've averaged a 1310 over 3 tests from the 10rs book. Do you guys think there's a good chance for me to raise my score to a 1500 and consistently score that on the last few tests or so? Thx.

Study hard and anyone can raise the score. That's what I tell myself. =P
I can't really tell you how likely woud the "good chance" be, though. Tell a bit how about how you study.

190 point jumps are hard to make, but if you study hard every day you can improve.

almost in the same situation right now.. i got a 1370.. first practice test in a whilee... i keep on tellingmyself too that i can raise it to a 1550.. i think it's just matter of paying attention (missed 10 on reading comprehension.. ouch :/)and being wary of the tricks that they throw at u(ambiguous questions on math with confusing wording)..
