I know on the PSAT you can get this National Merit (I think that's what its called) scholarship. So, about what score do you need to get on the PSAT to get this scholarship?

It's usually been around 215 for semi-finalist status in California, but it has been known to fluctuate. For finalist status, I can't imagine it being higher than 220 or so. For the actual scholarship, more depends on the essay and your SAT I scores. What was your score?

aim for a 218+ to secure semi-finalist. Although this may be a couple of points too - high for some states, it will usually qualify for even the most competitive states.
