I'd say the analogy Q should be Driver:Visor. Yes, a butcher wears a apron for protection, but it is not worn on the head as a visor is.
The SC answer is B. The trends of the 1960s "reflected" the affluence of the era and the maturity of the affluence (prosperity).

The analogy should be B. A catcher uses a mask for protection from damage; an owner uses insurance for protection from damage. The sentence completion is B.

Perhaps I'm taking it a little too literally, but since when does insurance protect a car from being damaged? All it does is pay for what's already damaged.

You mean E and B, I suppose
For the catcher:mask and driver:visor
Imagine sports events and flying objects. The driver sits in a racecar.
The mask protects the catcher from a flying ball or parts of a broken bat. The visor protects the driver from road projectiles.
PS racecar = nice palyndrome

Why isn't the analogy C? Isn't a visor something in a car that you can pull down to shade your eyes? It's not worn on the body, and a visor isn't an integral part of the driver in the same way that the apron is an integral element of the butch and the mask is an integral element of the catch. So for the analogy I would chose C.
The sent. completion is for sure B though

If you're not sure, make it more specific -
A catcher wears a mask to protect his face.
Does an apron protect a butcher's face? No.
Does insurance protect the owner's face? Nope.
Does a visor protect a driver's face? Yes.
What drivers wear visors? Drivers on motorcycles!
You just gotta think fast and clearly.
