Hi, go to http://www.collegeboard.com from where you can get all the information about test dates and what tests are offered on those dates, and also sign up/register for these tests. I think you should still have time to register for the Dec tests. You need to have a credit card handy to pay for the test. If you would rather do it over the phone, I'm sure you'll find a phone contact number on the site. Good luck!
