hello there!i am from Nepal and english is my second lanuage. i got 283/300 in my toefl(full in listening and reading but only 4 in essay(i dont know how!!) )
my sat1 score is(first time): 740 verbal
690 Maths

my financial condition is very weak and therefore cannot afford sat fees but if taking it again is going to enhance my chances drastically(i expext 750+in maths next time) i surely would take it again.but what if my verbal scores fall? but again 690 in Maths is killing me(too low??)

Also, if i send my scores to the universities now.. and retake the sat1 and send the scores later towards the deadline date( december, lets say..,) are they going to reconsider my application again with the new scores?? or should i wait till i retake the tests and only then apply(too late maybe.?)

Also tell me what should my scores be(Sat1 and 2(maths 2c, phy,writing) if i want to get into mit, princeton, or any ives with full scholorships(Computer Engineering)

I live very far away and these things are really new to me. so please give me honest suggestions, i am eagerly waiting for your posts

Take the test again but check the deadlines. Normally, you should have time to resubmit in time.

Your 740 Verbal score is grandfathered. If you score higher in math, they will take the best 2 of all your individual scores.
