My question is, what do schools want? I know they want writing and math, but what else? (And please don't say take whatever you're strongest in, that's not my question.) Thanks

One that relates to your major is generally good for the third one. (Ie. a science one if u want to major in science or engineering, a language would be good for something w/international relations, literature would be good for an English major, etc.) However, if you don't think you would do well on one most related to your major, provided that it's not required, I would advise taking the one you'd do best on, but definitely pick one related to what you plan to study if you feel you can do well on it.
