I know Middlebury takes only the SAT II's. But I'm curious if any other schools put more emphasis on the SAT II's than the SAT I's?

I personally feel the SAT II's are a better indicator of your talents and agree with Middlebury's philosophy.

Any thoughts?

I don't see how it matters. You still have to do well on both no matter how the colleges might weigh either. It's not like you can go "great, I don't have to study for my SAT II's since they weigh a bit less than the SAT I..."
