I'm taking two SAT II's in June... If I want to cancel one, can I? Or do I have to cancel both?

You can choose which ones to take the day of. You can also change tests the day of. In other words, don't worry :-).

That's not what she is talking about Nuoli. I believe she is referring to cancelling your test before it gets scored if you think you did bad on it.
The answer to your question is no, you HAVE to cancel ALL tests taken on that date.
