I took the Sat 1 in May 2002 and got 410V/480M, since then I have attended a Kaplan SAT course. The Course has improved my score a lot, I haven taken 7 of the 10 Sat's from the book 10 Real Sat's and on average my scores for the test were 690V/710M. I plan to take the Sat again in October 2002. My top college choices are New York University, St. John's University and Columbia University, do you think I have any chance of getting into any of the my top choice colleges with my low Sat scores in May, even if I get over a 1350 in the October Sat?

Don't worry about the May score...they'll look at the highest score, so relax and you'll be fine. Great improvement, btw.

Hey ,
How did you take your math score up so drastically ? I've already taken the SAT's once ; 710V , 590Math. Also, how much of prep. did you put in on your first try ?
