Which SAT would be more worthwhile in taking (easier, more highly recognized by colleges): literature or world history?

I've already decided to take the writing and Japanese but I'm unsure on which ones to take of those 2.

Another question: Would it be worthwhile for me to take a math SAT II since its required in some colleges even though I'm weak @ math?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
