people are always telling me "explore some careers, what do you want to be? what do you like!? do you have an idea? what do you think you'll major in college?!" and i feel guilty because i haven't really thought of anything.. and it's a big question.. i mean, how do i know? i tell them i like art, perhaps.. and they want me to say more but i dunno what to tell them. my aunt told me i cant make a living off art, too O.o i am going to do a career exploration project maybe.. ayone have any similar problems like mine?

I know what you're talking about. When you think about it, how many careers are we exposed to? We see what our parents do, what the people on tv do, and our teachers. Honestly, the only career I know anything about is teaching-- heck, I've been in school long enough! There are so many possibilities out there, and so little awareness of them. I'm sorry I can't remedy the problem for you, but at least we've acknowledged that it is a problem.
