Can someone help me on my statistics project. I am doing it on Texas murder rates. I really want to know if anything important happened in the 1981 that caused murder rates to go down from its all time high in 1980. There was also a slight dip in 1976 but thats because the death penalty was reinstated. In 1977 it went up until its high in 1980.
