Oi. I know everyone is absolutely sure of his guilt...but all of the evidence can be explained away as well. Couldn't her hair have gotten on him somehow? They WERE married. She didn't have to be on the boat.

Also, something about the fact that those two hairs were later discovered to be in the envelope...smells wrong. It's going to bother me if they find him guilty and lay on the death penalty.

Have you been watching the CourtTV coverage...I strongly urge you to go over to http://www.courttv.com...go over to the message boards and get the scoop from individuals who have pored over every transcript and are in the know. I wonder if your opinion will change.

Either way, odds are that he will NOT get the death penalty.

Yes actually. I was obsessively watching until about five days ago.

I'm fairly sure he's guilty. I just don't think they've proven it. What would disturb me is the part about him getting the death penalty (even if he's guilty) without an airtight prosecution.
