What do y'all think of this quote? What does it mean? I'm trying to figure it out but to no avail.
"He told me dragons did not exist, then lead me into their lairs"
If you need more info (who said it) reply.

kind of need more supporting detail to tell you exactly what it means.... judging just on that quote maybe it means something along the lines of don't be niaeve...deception is a reality... think for yourself... be careful who you trust
not sure though

That's the dedication from One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, right?
Ken Kesey dedicated this book to Vic Lovell, one of his friends he met at Stanford. Lovell introduced him to the existence and experiences of mental institutions (Lovell was a Psychology grad student). Those who have read One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest know that Kesey writes with great flair and detail as to what it's like in the "interior."
I don't know if there's any poetic meaning to it, but that's who said it. Bonne chance.
