I'm jus curious about all these height boosting supplements. Do they actually work? Can anybody who tried them give any feedbacks?

I'm asking this question because I would like only an extra inch or two.

Well, I'm 5'8" and I wouldn't mind an extra inch or two. I'm 16 so I'll probably grow one more inch and that's it, and I heard there are stretching techniques or something, so I thought I'll give it a try.

So they're all bogus?

Unless you get your legs extended or something crazy like that, your height is fixed, for the time-being at least. *evil grin*

hey.. i've been there, i'm 5'6

when i started taking those pills... i was 5'6
so yeah.. hahahahah,
so just, forget it..

we got bad height genes.. nothing you can do about it now, unless as Jenesaispas mentioned get your legs extended (they have some surgery involved for that)... but then thats just, a bit crazy

Don't listen to it. I don't, and I am only 5'1''. Sometimes I hate being so short, but by now I have realized that at 17 it is probably not going to change. So I have learned to accept myself. So I would love to grow like 5 more inches, but its not going to happen for me, and I highly doubt those pills would do anything for you.

Well I'm not that short and I'm still growing so hopefully I will grow one more inch to reach 5'9" or 5"10.

I just wanted to make sure I will maximize my growth. Right now I'm just going to eat more nutritious foods.

Thanks for telling me that they are scams.
