I noticed way to many people stay up at like... 4:00AM and stuff... pulling of all nighters huh.
I sleep at midnight and wake up at nine or somewhere around that time.
You people have are messing up your body clocks... just wait until school starts.
By Jenesaispas (Jenesaispas) on Wednesday, July 21, 2004 - 10:03 am: Edit
Well, it might be 4am eastern standard time... but only 1am on the West Coast.
I go to sleep at 1:30 and wake up at 8am. Sleep is my enemy.

During high school I was sleeping from 11-5:30. By choice, I like to sleep about 11-7.
By Alicia129 (Alicia129) on Wednesday, July 21, 2004 - 11:00 am: Edit
Usually go to bed at 1am, and I'm up at 5
yaay for barely no sleep
By Geniusash (Geniusash) on Wednesday, July 21, 2004 - 11:44 am: Edit
Haha. It depends, last night I went to bed at 2:30 and woke up at 9:00. Sometimes I sleep from 5-2, it all depends on how intrigued I am.
By Rbc13 (Rbc13) on Wednesday, July 21, 2004 - 11:49 am: Edit
11-8 this summer and 10-5:45 on school days.
By Demingy (Demingy) on Wednesday, July 21, 2004 - 12:32 pm: Edit
During high school it was about 3:00am to 6:00am, and now it fluctuates from 11:00pm to 6:00am (earliest) to 1:00am to 6:00am (latest) during the week and the weekends only change in that most of the time I "sleep in" until 7:30-8:00.
Yeah, if I could I wouldn't even sleep.
By Poison_Ivy (Poison_Ivy) on Wednesday, July 21, 2004 - 12:34 pm: Edit
11AM to 5:30AM on school days.

By Jenesaispas (Jenesaispas) on Wednesday, July 21, 2004 - 12:53 pm: Edit
Oh, wow, PoisonIvy... you sleep for, um, *calculates*...
18.5 hours?! WOW! You must be busy when you are awake... or when asleep, I guess. I guess you could be doing work in your dreams or something.
By Vegangirl (Vegangirl) on Wednesday, July 21, 2004 - 01:10 pm: Edit
oh man, I really have messed up my sleep schedule this summer. For a while I was sleeping like 3 AM to 1 PM most days, but I made myself get up earlier one day to try and break this cycle. hah. so now I usually sleep 12-9/10. When school starts it'll be 11-6. Waaaahhh. don't make me go back!!
By Zantedeschia (Zantedeschia) on Wednesday, July 21, 2004 - 01:28 pm: Edit
During the school year I sleep from 12:30am to 6:30, but this summer I've discovered that I'm really hyper at 2am so I can't get to bed before 3. I have to wake up at 7am for work so I'm tired all day but every day at 2am it's like partay in my room =)
By Poison_Ivy (Poison_Ivy) on Wednesday, July 21, 2004 - 01:31 pm: Edit
lol. Whenever I'm in the dark with people I start singing the Artiso Cats theme song "Party, party"
Jenesaispas: LOL. It's a typo. I dream about my career though.
Vegangirl: Another vegan!! What's your favorite milk substitute. I like Silk.
By Jenesaispas (Jenesaispas) on Wednesday, July 21, 2004 - 01:47 pm: Edit
Mmm... I like Silk, too, especially chocolate-flavored Silk. YUM!
By Poison_Ivy (Poison_Ivy) on Wednesday, July 21, 2004 - 01:50 pm: Edit
Chocolate flavored??? Ughh... I like vanilla. Are you parents vegetarian too, or do you buy your own food?
I buy all my Silk in 10 packs at Costco.
By Zantedeschia (Zantedeschia) on Wednesday, July 21, 2004 - 01:54 pm: Edit
I love love love Costco! It's such a good excuse to buy tons of food, "but mom! they only come in 2500count packages!"
By Francesca (Francesca) on Wednesday, July 21, 2004 - 02:35 pm: Edit
I agree, Costco rocks... and as far as sleep goes this summer 2am-9am - i'm lazy.
By Scubasteve (Scubasteve) on Wednesday, July 21, 2004 - 02:36 pm: Edit
i typically stumble in drunk around 3am... pass out wherever by 330am ... sleep till 12-1pm the next day...then do the same thing all over again
By Daffodil22 (Daffodil22) on Wednesday, July 21, 2004 - 02:44 pm: Edit
In the school year, its like 12-7:30...and I would have to be out of my house by 8 am haha. Summer, it's like 2-11, since I work at night. Next year, I don't have class until 10:30, so YAY I can sleep late!
By Jenesaispas (Jenesaispas) on Wednesday, July 21, 2004 - 02:46 pm: Edit
My mom gets my food for me... but no, my family are carnivorous meat-eaters. :-p
By Ndbisme5 (Ndbisme5) on Wednesday, July 21, 2004 - 03:32 pm: Edit
These days I go to sleep at 3 am, awake at around 1 pm. You can't blame me for getting my REM reserves in before school starts up.
By Riflesforwatie (Riflesforwatie) on Wednesday, July 21, 2004 - 03:33 pm: Edit
During school, about 11PM-7AM
During the summer around 1AM-9AM
By Allena (Allena) on Wednesday, July 21, 2004 - 05:30 pm: Edit
Well honestly it depends, and generally speaking sleep time is fluid for me...
On my longer school days last year I was generally looking at sleeping 2am-6am.
However it's been worse since it's summer and my friends have been more open. So before 2 of my classes ended last week I had a few times where I'd sleep from 1pm-7pm.
As a general rule, if I'm going to be getting under an hour of sleep, it's better to stay awake.
By Ilovefood (Ilovefood) on Wednesday, July 21, 2004 - 05:37 pm: Edit
wake up? what the hell are you talking about?
By Demingy (Demingy) on Wednesday, July 21, 2004 - 05:37 pm: Edit
Allena, I agree. I've noticed that it is easier for me to just stay awake than it is to just sleep for an hour. Actually, two hours is my cutoff. I feel at lot sleepier if I sleep for a couple of hours or less than I do without sleep at all.
By Trolley_5204 (Trolley_5204) on Wednesday, July 21, 2004 - 07:15 pm: Edit
From 8:30 P.M. to 4:45 A.M. everyday except Sunday.

By Musefinity (Musefinity) on Wednesday, July 21, 2004 - 08:13 pm: Edit
I started out with a sleep schedule of 11PM-7AM.
I ended up with a sleep schedule of 6AM-2PM.
And I love it. I really do.
By Thebarnrat (Thebarnrat) on Wednesday, July 21, 2004 - 08:39 pm: Edit
School: 11pm to 5 am (although there was a month of so when it was like 2 am to 5am)
Summer: 1 am to 7 am (stupid work)
When left to my own devices: 1 am to 9 or 10 am
I hate it when people complain about not doing their work because there's not enough time in the day when they get eight hours of sleep a night. If you're getting eight hours of sleep a night, you have no right to complain that you don't have time to do your work, especially when you're in a group with me for a school project !!! **sorry....personal vent moment**
