If you're a varsity swimmer, could you please post the sets/warm-ups/drills/etc. included in a typical daily workout? Thanks!

i'm not a varsity swimmer (jv) but i recall a varsity workout something like this (varsity and jv swim in same pool). sorry it's really general but it will give u a quick idea.
(all in yards... usually 25 yards = 1 lap)
-300 free warm up
-8 75's alternating (fly-back-breast, free-fly-back, breast-fly-free, then repeat. usually on the 1 minute 30 seconds)
-200 IM relay practice off the block w/team members
-same 8 75's as earlier but with the buoy (i can never spell that... the foam thing between your legs so legs don't move, arms are the only ones moving)
-3 100 IM's with a 50 of your own stroke choice kicking (on a kickboard) in between
.......
i don't remember the rest. but since no1 was posting i decided to try to recall. maybe you could find some online... are u planning to workout on your own to become ready for season?
