what kind of pets do you have (used to have)?

WHO WANTS TO KNOW...

ok, i had a Labrador/cockerspaniel mix

it died

i've had tons of fish and lizards, but hey they're all dead too...

since im going off to college it might be a good thing that my pets have left me behind while im still at home

don't feel sorry for me, im over it

oh wait, you're not sorry for me...oh, okay...

that is sad, but i'm glad that you're over it. my friend's dog died just recently and he got so depressed that he started reading the bible.

as for me, i no longer keep any pets but i used to have 9 cats (they were stray cats that came to our house everyday...back in my home country, there were a lot of stray cats), two bunnies, two dogs, and a hamster though not all at once.

I have a labrador mix and a Labradoodle..yes...you heard correctly...a labradoodle. I also have fish.

Ready- I have 2 cats- two long hairs

I used to have two other cats- one long hair and one bitchy siamese
Over the course of my life I have alo had 3 dogs,
I husky named TukToo
1 german sherparrd/wolf (yes I said wolf)
and one black lab...
ohhh and a few fish my brother killed

I currently have one surprisingly petite almost 8-year-old shaded silver persian cat (enough info?)

I've had so many different pets throughout my life that I'm just going to mention the species (some of the numbers are too much to remember): fish, cats, dogs, rabbits, hamsters, rats, worms, a caterpillar, and a couple of "wild" mice.

I had a cockapoo when I was younger.
Now I "sort of" have a golden lab mix. Sort of because she really belongs to my housemate, but I help take care of her.

Currently I have a 5 year old dog.

I used to have a 4 year old mix that we rescued but she turned out to be wayyy too violent to keep in the house so we gave her to my dad's friend who does not have any kids.

I also had a pet caterpillar in the first grade for two days, until it died because I forgot to punch holes in the coffee container in which he dwelled.

Let's see... I had a pet FROG for awhile, but it wasn't really a pet because it lived in my garden. (My mother thought it would be wrong to make it live in the house) Eventually one day it never came back, but it was definitely there for a good month.

I have had MANY different kinds of goldfish, fighting fish, etc.

No cats because my father absolutely hates them.

actually, i forgot to mention that i had a turtle once. i don't know how it ended up in my backyard but i saw it one day and decided to take care of it.

I used to have the CUTEST sheltie when I was little!!! But it died...T_T

And many fish...angelfish, piranhas, goldfish, bettas, platys, catfish, algae eaters....etc.

I really want a cat though!

Had a golden retriever when I was a kid. Her name was Honey... died of cancer and internal bleeding at 10 (2 months away from her 11th b-day ) Got her when I was a baby

Now I have a 7 year old golden named Tara/Puppy (goes by either, hahaha). We adopted her from a NYS golden retriever rescue when she was 2 1/2. She's definitely the best dog in the whole world! All the hard work of finishing her house-breaking training and obedience training were worth it Man, she was a mess when we first got it. Acted completely like a puppy, hence her nickname- Puppy. It took her a long time to mature and now she's calmer. Either that's a good sign or a bad sign... Already, she's depressed that I'm going off to college in the fall. Awww! My dad kept offering to let me take her with me. Haha.

We also have a fighting fish and a gecko. My brother and I used to own goldfish (and I was the murderer, used to cry in the mornings when my fish died). I also leased a pony for four months- what an experience!

my mom told me a story about my first pet, it went soemthing like this:
"one day we decided to buy you some fish b/c you liked to draw them and watch them all the time..." boring parts "...and then they died. So you took them outta the fish tank and tried to feed them to our neighbors cat. We caught you saying 'here kitty kitty kitty' before we took them and then flushed the fish down the toilet"
Nice story, huh? lol
anyways...we had like 4 dogs before and 1 died, 2 we sold, and 1 ran away...now we have a black labador, an appy *horse* and quarter horse, 2 fish , and a cat

I have two parakeets now. We had another parakeet but he flew out the window accidentally 4 years ago and we never saw him again my mom was against clipping their wings. he was my favorite too.
I also had a hamster for 2 years, but he died April of last year.

I think thats it.....

Pets of the past have included rabbits, parakeets, a crow, a hummingbird, lots of cats, lots of fish, a long line of rats, a random parrot, and a snail. The snail was my favorite. I named him Higlac after the Danish King in Beowulf.
