You have to see Fahrenheit 9/11! The truth is out!

I like Michael Moore, but I don't like how he presents 2 facts and insinuates a connection between them that isn't really there...like Lockheed Martin and Columbine.

I wouldnt call it the truth espessially in regards to moore having a reputation of dismissing the need for accuracy and facts and himself saying this is propaganda.
I saw it and it made me want to vote for Bush even more. Made me see what kind of positions the "other side" takes.

Michael Moore is definitely NOT the "other side". He is an extremist who tries to shock people with his so-called innovative films. Michael Moore makes his money off of rubber neckers.

When i said "other side" i meant other side in terms of haveing political opinions (liberal) totally different from my own conservative beliefs.

I know what you meant. You said that it made you see what kind of positions the "other side" takes (other side meaning liberal). I was saying that his positions are not liberal, he is an extremist.
Okay, to put it this way, I have a lot of liberal views and Michael Moore is an embarrassment to me because many people feel as you do--that he is an example.

He's an extremist in what regard?
Don't you understand that in America, you HAVE to shock people and have controversy in order to get your voice heard?
Better documentaries on the subject have been available for a long time and are widely ignored, so Michael Moore has to be outrageous to even have an audience.

demingy, I know he is extremly liberal and doesnt represent all liberals, but so many normal liberals, like on this board are using his falsified extremist film to justify their positions.
tropicanabanana, I dont think that you have to be deceptive and stir up bitter controversy to make a point. There are pleny of news sources and view point sources that are a much more truthful look at things than moore's "documentry"/
