New Orleans- the best city for the young and single!! But I could only deal with it for a few years. Other cities: NYC, Chicago, DC, Boston.

Kiwee, why Branson? Not to be mean, but I am from MO and just don't get. The area around it (Lake of the Ozarks) is awesome, but Branson itself is like a watered down Vegas.

Somewhere foreign, because I'm going to do Peace Corps after college.
After that, I'm not so sure, but certainly not in a huge city.

I'd love to spend a year in Paris...but that's not especially likely, considering that I'll need to head off to grad school and such. Maybe I can do an exchange program in college.
But as for the US, may I please please please be able to stay in california...the bay area...san francisco...something along those lines.

I loved LA. Such a cool city that is pretty and is so diverse in everthing. Almost perfect weather too.
I liked Chicago also, but the weather is terrible and it has a lot of crime.
So LA and chicago are my favs.

to being a commercialized smog tainted metropolis ?
| By Jlq3d3 (Jlq3d3) on Tuesday, June 15, 2004 - 02:23 pm: Edit |
all metropolises are commercialized, that is one thing that makes it a metropolis. Los Angeles isnt that smoggy any more, and I wouldnt even know there was such a thing as smog here if it werent for the news. I do not see or smell it.
| By Jlq3d3 (Jlq3d3) on Tuesday, June 15, 2004 - 02:26 pm: Edit |
And it is smoggy for a good reason, we have mountains surrounding the city except to the west we have a beach with onshore breezes that keep us cool in the summer and cool in the winter. That makes us pretty much the only city that has a warm beach and sking, all with in one hour of downtown.

Bahston. thinking a little ahead but for my grad studies i would consider it and work is supposed to be good too.
But to live in after sometime, it would definitely have to be the San Fransisco bay area. Simply brilliant.
