Yeah, I have it. Just tell the person that you wanna talk to to get on skype. Put their name on your list of people. Then call them and when they 'pick up' you can talk.

I have it...works pretty well at night and stuff, but can get choppy during the day.
The SkypeOut rates are ridiculously cheap.
