What schools fight songs do you think is the best.
my faves are
1) Oskee Wow Wow(Illinois) : I go there and its just fun and rediculous to say
2) Fight On (USC) Most annoying and overplayed song ever!
3) Hail to the Victors (Michigan)

I don't know about best necessarily (wait, yes I do) but the University of Pennsylvania certainly has the MOST school songs of any I know.

The Red and The Blue
Fight On, Pennsylvania!
Cheer, Pennsylvania!
The Penn Band March (AKA the song that killed Sousa)
Hail Pennsylvania (Alma Mater)
Drink a Highball
The Battle Cry of Penn (banned- but still sung)
Men Of Pennsylvania

There are more, but I forget them.

But my favorite line from a school song comes from Dartmouth's: "We've got the granite of New Hampshire in our muscles and our brains"

Seriously. That's in their school song.

I love when school's have other schools in their fight song's.

To me fight song's are more about tradition. aka Big 10 + Notre Dame and the Ivies. and the Rose Bowl should be a Big 10/Pac 10 game.

USC kicks ass...but my own schools rocks even harder...I actually don't know it, but it includes the words "Sagehen" (our mascot) and "chirp" I don;t think you can beat that

Living in Missouri, I like all the fight songs in the Big 12. I also like USC, Michigan's and Maryland's fight songs.

I'm going to Virginia so I'll have to grow to their fight song soon.
