ultimate is THE sport. i'm going to uc davis and i'm pretty excited to get to play some ultimate. does anyone else play?

i love ultimate frisbee also!! lol, my friends and i made a team (rhythm disc) a few years ago and we were awesome, but we broke up...
lots of people at my school play every friday, so i'm looking forward to playing in college.

dang really? my friends and i have this thing called "ultimate friday" where we play every friday. we have so much fun. i'd even be down for serious competitive ultimate, but just kick back ultimate is cool too. in any case i know davis has an awesome ultimate scene. where are other people going for the ultimate?

•••• i love ultimate but then we started to get really competitive and it got less fun. now we have a high school league to go along with local pickup games and winter and summer leagues and sheeesh its so fun

ya when my friends and i play, we never keep score. i'd only want to play intercolegiately soley for school spirit. but ultimate is more about fun than anything anyways.

If you love ultimate frisbee AND love to study, then come to Carleton College in MN! There are some amazing ultimate teams here for those who are really talented at it. For others who aren't quite as competitive, there are also tons of intramural ultimate teams. You can even take care of one of the 4 required physical education credits by taking a class in ultimate frisbee.

Oh my god yes! The team at my school rocks (yay for being undefeated and not having a faculty sponsor), but I just like to hang out with my friends and play...I hate keeping score.

haha WELL... it's basically a combination between frisbee, football, and soccer. two teams try and get their frisbee to the opposing team's end zone. however, you can't run with the frisbee, you have to throw it to a team mate. any incomplete throw is a turn over. it must be the best game ever created.
