Kree-owl.

Kestrel: Kess-trell.
Regia: Reed-geea (instinctually though I would go with Ray-hee-a because in Spanish, the letter G is pronounced like an H).
Creole: Kree-oal (the oal suffix rhymes with foal or bowl).
Pamplemousses: Pomp-ill-mooses (like pomp and circumstance).

I've been to Mauritius and they have a garden called the Pamplemousses Gardens. It's actually not spelt the way it looks. Pa-lam-a-pus. Hope that helps.
