Hi guys,

Okay, recently, I applied for QuestBridge. I fit their profile almost perfectly, and am a highly talented student in the IB Program.

So, today I get a call that is listed as "Wallace and As." with number 904-680-0691 and the set up a visit to my home with me and my parents. Are these people represententing QuestBridge (they asked for info about my parent's income, marital status, etc, and said they were from a scholarship)? Are these people scammers coming to attempt to sell me stuff or what? I really need help and would LOVE to know what to do. My mother called back, but recieved no answer or machine message and became a bit suspicious. I am a bit concerned. Am I worrying too much, or is this any legit? Thanks! - Dimitre ^_^

Call Questbridge and ask them.

I do not know if it is scam or not. However, I do know that some telephone systems are setup in such a way that the company uses one set of numbers to make outbound calls and another set of numbers for incoming calls. You can not always call back the numbers from caller-id.

Find out the actual QuestBridge phone number. Then ask if they're having someone named "Wallace and As." with the number 904-680-0691 calling people.
