National Hispanic Scholar does at many schools. National Commended does at some.

There are plenty of scholarships for National Hispanic Scholars. This particularly is true at some state schools including places like Florida and Arizona schools.
There are a couple of schools offering scholarships for commended students. One is St. Olaf's in Minn.
If a student is commended and is a National Hispanic scholar, the student would have a good chance of getting merit aid at any schools offering scholarships to underrepresented minorities. There aren't many Hispanics scoring high enough to also get Commended or National Merit.

Check the list posted in the thread "Full or close National Merit Scholarships". Many schools that offer excellent NMS scholarships also offer excellent scholarships to National Hispanic Scholars and National Achievement Scholars.
