Has anybosy hear ever won the Frank H. Buck scholarship or heard of it?

my friend who is now a senior at MIT, majoring under chemical engineering won it. It is basically a full ride to any colleges you want if you win it.

I heard of someone from Davis who went to Harvard on a Buck scholarship several years back.

Don't you have to a member of certain counties in California to be eligible?
