Is there a website outside where I can find a list of all types of scholarships? One more thing, can Juniors in HS apply for scholarships early?

there are lots of places you can find scholarships..just do an internet search with the word scholarship and a bunch will pop up..fastweb.com is one..
YES there are scholarships for juniors..like the Discovercard scholarship. Deadlines will vary according to the scholarship. You have to do a little research.
My D. won five outside scholarships. Two of them were legislative. Do a search for your state's higher educations and see what they have to offer. Local scholarships offer good chances. Also big scholarships that offer a number of them are good too..like the elks. Big scholarships that offer only a couple you may want to decide if its worth it if they require a lot of work.

There are also a ton of essay contests out there for juniors and younger, if you're good at writing.

The big one is the Discover Card Scholarship. You can also participate in the Ayn Rand Essay Contest.
