I've gotton a Regents scholarship for UC Irvine and UC Santa Barbara. However, UCI was $9000/year and UCSB only $4000 (regardless of financial need)? Why is this?
P.S. If anyone was invited to join the Campuswide Honor Program at Irvine, I'd like to know your opinion (especially if you went to Honors Day at Irvine on March 8)

Didn't the letter say a minimum of$ 4000+ with additional stipend if your financial need exceeds that amount?

UCLA Regents = $5,500/yr + financial need, I believe.
