Did anyone do this? D. did. It was easy as far as apps go..but some of the questions were limiting.
For example pick ONE of the following for volunteer work you have done..
(what if you have done more than one kind) etc

I did the SAM Walton Community Scholarship and it was pretty easy. I don't know exactly how they determine who demonstrates need because the WalMart that is giving this scholarship is in one of the richest areas in my city. Only kids who live closeby this Wal Mart can apply. Therefore, none of the people who applied will be dirt poor. But every WalMart store has to give at least 1 scholarship so...I don't know. My family EFC is about $8,000 so hopefully we demonstrate enough need to be considered.

Also, I started working there about a month after I applied so I don't even know if I'm eligible.

Man Walmart showed the REAL way scholarship applications should be. CONCISE AND EASY...that's it...no essay, your set...i like this scholarship and there are a lot of awards being sent out.
