It says Your EFC: 14574
College Park, which is instate for me only charges me like 12000 for everything.
Penn State is like 30000 everything included.
Virginia Tech is like 20000 for everything.
SO basically i have to pay like half of that.

College Cost - EFC = Financial Aid package.

Financial aid packages are made up of loans, grants, and work study most of the time.

So you are expected to pay everything at College Park, but the other two schools may offer a package to offset what is over and beyond the $14574. But being from out of state, it's going to be tough getting that money out of them unless you are a candidate for the honors program or have some other hook that interests them. I lived in Pa for years and they often "gapped" their own residents--that is, did not offer them enough so that all they had to pay was the EFC. Neither Penn State nor Va traditionally give out 100% of need.
