.. ok. about the same situation. no tax paper. he is not my natural father (my real father is a citizen of another country) and my mom doesn't work.

call FASFA or CB for the CSS and explain your situation. Maybe you'll need to take it to court or you could, if the form has a section for miscel. inforamation to explain your situation.
