Usually on the aid app, "title" and "occupation" are put together in this way, "occupation/title", but on some other apps, they ask for parents' occupation and title separately. If mom is an accountant, what should I write in the "title" section? Or just leave it blank?

They are looking for something like partner or associate in a firm or a particuilar job title, like Senior Accountant, if she has one at the place she works. Not everyone has an actual job title and if it is left blank as a result, it is not a problem.
