Here's the deal, my mom's really set on the idea of not paying a lot of money for undergrad and saving your money for grad school. So what this means is that I pretty much have to go to Rutgers unless I can get some serious money somewhere else. The weird thing is that if I go to/get into Penn, she's willing to pay the $40,000.
Does anyone know about any set in stone scholarships that GW, Wake, Washington and Lee, James Madison, or Maryland have (For example, for Rutgers, if you're in the top 10% of your class and get above a 1500 on your SATs, they give you $14,000.)?
Just to let you know what I may be qualified for, I'm 16 in a class of about 400 (Top 4%), I'm predicting SATs over 1500 (got a 1470 on my PSATs last year), and my weighted GPA is about a 105.
Thanks a lot,
Rob

Add UVA and UNC to that list.
Thanks!
