I am the adoptive father (CA resident) of a Mexican national who is a university student in Guadalajara, where he has a scholarship. We are seeking financial aid/scholarship so he may obtain his BS/MBA at a U.S. school. He doesn't qualify as my son (although I support him) for California residency purposes, nor can he earn a "green card" in any feasible timeframe. He is on track to finish his BS in 3 years, has a 96% average and speaks excellent English. Any ideas?
