I've was accepted to the summer college at Cornell for high school sophomores back in late January, but I can't attend until I handle the $4000 program fee.
The aid packages were supposed to come in the mail about three weeks ago. My parents have been calling the aid office every couple days for about two weeks, and I have been writing emails with an aid officer for about a week. Both sides inform us that "chances" of getting aid are "high," because we fully qualify and I have "good" stats.
I was hoping to get a read on what exactly this means. I'm willing to provide additional stats... comments?

Stanford Summer College told me similar things, and I received a $3000 scholarship for a ~$7000 program.
Depends.
