College Confidential’s Counselor Training Program

The demand for our counseling services has grown dramatically. In response to this growth, we are planning to develop a program to train motivated and college-knowledgeable candidates to become certified part-time College Confidential counselors who will work with us at various levels to share our client base.

Our program will have two phases:

Phase I will prepare you to counsel high schoolers in various phases of the college admissions process under the guidance of College Confidential’s senior counseling staff.

Phase II will give qualified Phase I graduates more detailed training and the opportunity to open a College Confidential franchise, offering both face-to-face and Web-based counseling services under the internationally known College Confidential name.

We want to hear from those of you out there who may be interested in this idea. We’d also like to hear any thoughts you may have about it. We’re planning our first training program for late July 2003 (dates and Northeast location to be announced pending response level).
