State schools do not look at the home valuation because they work from the FAFSA. To see which private schools do would be difficult but go to individual websites and in their financial aid section, they should tell you what forms they take. Usually if they have an institutional form, they will ask. Also, there is a formula called the federal housing multiplier index. It values the house for you, using current appreciation tables.
