I know this is long, please bear with me, and this is most appreciated¡K

i'm an asian male junior in a public school, fairly competitive #18 in nj, of about 450 in my grade...

my weighted gpa is a 4.5798
my unweighted gpa is a 3.59
my rank (though they don't give it anymore) is probably around the 20-25/450
I have taken 5 AP courses through this year: physics B, Chemistry, Biology, Calculus BC, Stat, and all my other courses have all been honors... through my junior year i have 137.5 credits, i'll have 180 or 190 by the time i graduate (need 120 to graduate)... senior year, i plan to take AP programming, psychology, Physics C, and latin...

i scored a 198 on my psats sophmore year 72, 61, 65 for math, writing, and reading respectively... and on the last sat i took i scored a 1360, an 800 on math and a 560 on English, which seems to be a fluke because I usually score around 650 like on my psat¡¦s... my SAT II scores are an 800 on math IIc, a 740 on chem, and a 690 on physics. (i also plan on taking writing)

Hate to be the bearer of bad news. But, no, your chances aren't looking that good. You seem to be a science guy...I would look into Cornell. The fact is admissions into Princeton from Jew Jersey (I mean New Jersey) are vulgarly competitive and you, I hate to say, aren't that competitive. You wouldn't be competitive if you from Wyoming. That was harsh, I apologize. Pandas are cute.

I think you have a decent chance.

You're only a junior right?
Try to improve your SAT I. Aim for 1500. Take it another one or two times even, keep working at it. I wrote mine on Saturday and I only had one shot at it. Sucks.

I live in Canada, and I'm still baffled how you Americans take Calculus BC in Grade 11 (Junior year).

hmm... i more than a decent chance, so dr juris i'll take ur advice and try for cornell, princeton was a hella reach for me anyway... and yes panda's are cute, and i'm not in denial, i'm not that impressive, the gpa kills me...

yeah you've got a chance, just try your best, def worth a shot.

I'm curious though...you said your school doesn't rank anymore, why is that? What prompted them to change?
