I just got a letter from Penn that says they can't waive my application fee.
Is there any point in calling them and trying to figure something out? The fee waiver request form really did not reflect my family's financial situation, so maybe if I can get a letter from my counselor asking them to waive it they'll do it? If anyone's been in this situation I would love to hear from you.
