Ive heard many things like the following from kids in my school and some other college students: that harvard students are all study -hard, no fun ppl, that all they do is study and they never party and its not good to go there because it doesnt have a social life. People suggested I apply to UPEnn instead because they suggested that Upenn is better in this category. I however have always wanted to go to harvard and i guess i dont mind the really studious ppl, i was just wondering if this rumor is really true or if there really are fun, socialble people at harvard?

i'm at upenn and there's a lot of partying goin on. basically people start thursday and go through sunday, though there's always stuff happening in the week. i actually find it kind of annoying and wonder how a lot of the people got in here, lol. People here are drunk a lot. still, the social scene is definitely fun and happening, and people are very smart. There's something for everyone.
