I have started to ponder, after looking at the Harvard acceptees' profiles from my school, does harvard favor female applicants to male ones? I'm talking about people from the Least developed countries.
What do you think?
Girls have always been looked upon as more deprived and disadvantaged. I agree that is true but does this notion still find place now when things have changed and girls are getting the same if not better opportunities.

This year's incoming Harvard class had three more females than males. I remember because it made news because it was the first time ever that there had been fewer boys. So, no, I don't think there's bias against male applicants.

I particularly mean girls from the Least developed nations. If you look at the statistics, girls are getting in more as ever.
