I was wondering what my chances of being admitted to Yale RD are... here are my stats...
SAT Math - 730 Verbal - 680 (only took once, plan to improve to 1500ish)
SAT2- taking in october
Freshmen year spent at the Academy of ALlied Health and Science - 95 GPA
Sophmore - Senior at Public 3.998 GPA, 4 out of 240
Will have taken 7 APs by senior year (max allowed by curriculum)
AP Econ, AP Calc AB, AP Calc BC, AP Stat, AP English, AP Spanish 5, AP US History... all other courses taken at highest level
Tech Club
2 years student council (one as secretary one as executive treasurer)
physics club 2 yrs
math club 2 yrs
key club 3 yrs
Fed Challenge (at Fed in NY)- jr year and will participate in sr
History and Government - 3 years
3 years varsity wrestling
Volunteer/practice with youth wrestling - 3 hours a week during summer and fall
Assorted off season wrestling clubs
NHS
FLHS - hope to be president
MHS
Academic Varsity Letter
National Merit Scholar Commendation
National Hispanic Scholar
Academic Challenge 3 years
hobby: guitar
I am a first generation American (Hispanic) and neither parent attended college
Strong essays, but not sure about length... strong teacher reco's...

It sounds as if you have a very good chance, but no one can predict much beyond that. Make sure your application highlights the ECs that have been most important to you and why, as the adcoms are more likely to be impressed by quality than by quantity.
You mention you're "not sure about length" regarding your essays. Note that Yale strongly discourages applicants from going much above the 500-word limit for each essay.
