my biggest concern when applying to Brown are my kinda sucky grades. my GPA seems very low when compared to others:
Cumulative GPA: 4.77(w), 3.62(uw)
however I am 26/439 (top ~6%), so even with this GPA I'm still in aprox the top 6% of my class (really competitive and pretty hard).
an i still doomed?

No, you are not doomed. There is so much more to who you are and your qualifications beyond the GPA and rank. But even the ones you have are still within the ballpark. Go for it.
