The harvard application states that you can send anything you like. I have written some papers on political theory that could count as almost books (each about 150p) and i think that they are really my best work. Would it be smart or dumb to send something like that with your app. I am sure no one will actually have the time to read it, but it is a piece of me and definetly of my interests
so what do you say

I would send it, just make sures its a neat copy and not something you just print out and clip together
