What are some of the extracurricular activities they look for, is it restricted to business-related subjects(Internship at Merril Lynch, FBLA), or you just have to show that you have the general leadership quality.

Also, how much do freshmen grades count for, i had an 88 but had 94.5 sophomore year and hopefully 96ish junior year. School ranked either 1 or 2 in the country

some business-related ECs would help, but they are NOT a necessity; i know people that have gotten in without having a business EC on their resume...still, itd be better if you could show them that you are set on studying four years of undergrad business through your interest in business.....abt grades, i have a similar problem as you...i think that at one of the best schools in the nation, you dont hafta worry about a B+ freshman year...honestly, i dont think that any ONE thing could kill an application (other than an arrest or w/e)

diversity. we went around my management class, and people have just done so many different and interesting things with their lives thus far. Don't worry too much about immersing yourself in business. Do something interesting and if you want to be here, you probably will be. I would say that only about 20% have previous business experience.
