I'm applying online, and I have some questions regarding the application..

Firstly, is it good to send a photograph of yourself? And this photograph has to be in a word doc or something ya? You can't just upload a .jpg or .jpeg file for instance..

And in the additional information part at the end of the online app.. what are we allowed to attach on here?
Again this has to be in the form of a word doc right?
Am I allowed to attach to this document pictures of my art works and captions explaining them.. as well as the remainder of my response to the "WHY COLUMBIA" question as I did not have enough room in the space provided in that section.
