omg. Would you people PLEASE stop asking this question. It doesn't really matter. Use which ever method do you want. Do you actually think that it will effect the outcome of their decision?... "I say we reject Joey. That bastard sent his application through the mail!!"

I used paper app. because there is less room for error, but I used a typewriter.
