I'm a high school senior, and I have an overnight scheduled at Brown for mid-October. This will be my first "official" overnight, the other schools that I visited overnight I generally stayed with friends or friends of friends.

So, I guess my question first question is in regards to how structured Brown's overnight program is. I know that I'll be getting some information from them shortly, but I was hoping to get some first-hand responses if anybody has already had their overnight. Do the hosting students usually expect you to attend classes with them, or is one free to observe other classes provided those visits have been approved?

Also, is there anything in particular that I should make sure that I visit while I'm on campus? I've spent three weeks there for a summer program, but I'm not sure if I've discovered all the "must-see" areas.

Any other thoughts, comments, advice, etc would be welcome!
