what's up dudes. I'm applying to harvard ea, and yeah. i wanna get in so i don't have to do any more college apps. cuz college apps suck. and i don't really feel like working senior year.

School: Anally Competitive Public School in NJ (Last year, 5 ap tests were stolen and some kids had to retake their tests. Also, our school was under investigation by ETS about the SAT's. Last year, kids had to take their US hist final TWICE and Stat final THREE times, cuz kids found out the questions beforehand.h aha. that's how competitve it is.)
GPA: 94 UW, 98 Weighted
Class Rank: our school doesn't rank, but im probably top 5% or 10%
SAT: 1600 first try
SAT II: Chem- 800, Math II- 800, Writing- October (looking for the 800)

-Comp Science A: 5 (self study cuz my parents made me)
-Comp Science AB: 5 (self study cuz my parents made me)

-Co-founded organization that sends kids back to China during the sumemrtime to teach chinese high schoolers english. this summer was the first summer that we did it. it turned out pretty well.

Honors and accomplishments and such
-Governor's School of Environment Scholar
-AP Scholar with Distinction, maybe state ap scholar dunno. i heard nj is pretty rigorous.
-National Merit Semifinalist (PSAT: 233), most likely finalist, unless i forget to hand in the application, which just might happen
-Technology award at my local high school
-Published artwork in a book of student drawings
-Published poetry by poetry.com (which is such a sham by the way, im debating not mentioning this)
-CIE(Chinese Institute of Engineers) scholarship winner

Work Experience
-Interned at Software company in China for 2 weeks: learned 3d modeling and texturing using 3ds max. it was a pretty sweet gig.
-Hoping to find a job in oct to augment my nonexistent allowance
-Worked at local tennis club sweeping the clay courts

Random Stuff
-Sending Art portfolio, mostly consisting of oil paintings
-Attended National Youth Leadership Conference. fun fun. not.
-Attended CTY, studied biology. i don't know why all asians go to CTY.
-Attended Peddie summer school for precalc, for highschool credit. I'd much rather have chilled all summer at my house.

Teacher Recs should be good. Essay (about painting) should be decent, at least.

so yea taht's all the stuff. i probably forgot some stuff, but if i forgot them, they probably weren't important. im also pretty lazy and i procrastinate alot. and my parents scream at me quite often. but hey, i get the job done when i have to. i enjoy sleeping. if that makes a difference. so any input would be good. thank you.
